射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿哮喘寒哮证的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿哮喘寒哮证的临床效果.方法 选取 2023 年 6 月至 2024年6 月德州市中医院收治的 86 例哮喘患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43 例.对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用射干麻黄汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、血气指标、免疫功能、不良反应.结果 观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05).两组治疗前肺功能、血气指标、免疫功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组二氧化碳分压较对照组低,血氧分压较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组免疫球蛋白(Ig)M较对照组低,IgA、IgG较对照组高(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿哮喘寒哮证可调节血气指标,改善肺功能及免疫功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of asthma with cold syndrome in children.Methods A total of 86 children with asthma with cold syndrome admitted to Dezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function,blood gas indexes,immune function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function,blood gas indexes and immune function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the partial pressure of blood oxygen was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Immunoglobulin(Ig)M in observation group was lower than that in control group,IgA and IgG were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction treating asthma with cold syndrome in children can regulate blood gas indexes and improve lung function and immune function.
