麻杏石甘汤加减联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果
Effect of modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

摘要
目的 探讨麻杏石甘汤加减联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果.方法 选取2023 年1月至12 月于龙川县妇幼保健院治疗的106 例肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(53 例)使用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组(53 例)在对照组基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、呼吸频率、肺功能、炎症因子水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 94.34%,高于对照组的 75.47%(P<0.05).观察组治疗后咳嗽、发热、痰黄黏稠、口渴喜饮、喘促鼻煽的中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后呼吸频率低于对照组,潮气量、呼吸比高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6 水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10 水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 麻杏石甘汤加减联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗能够缓解MPP患儿临床症状,减轻炎症反应,改善肺功能,具有较好的治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods A total of 106 children with MPP treated in Longchuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(53 cases)received Azithromycin sequential therapy,while the observation group(53 cases)received modified Maxingshigan Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,respiratory rate,lung function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.34%,which was higher than 75.47%in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of cough,fever,phlegm yellow and viscous,thirst,and wheezing and nasal flaring in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the tidal volume and respiratory ratio were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms of children with MPP,reduce inflammatory response,improve lung function,and has a good therapeutic effect.
