支原体肺炎患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液、血清细胞因子特点及与支原体线粒体DNA载量的相关性分析

摘要
目的 分析支原体肺炎患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液、血清细胞因子特点及与支原体线粒体DNA载量的相关性.方法 回顾性分析 2021年1月至 2023 年12 月句容市人民医院收治的单纯支原体肺炎患儿(观察组)及单纯细菌性肺炎患儿(对照组)各40 例.比较两组支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清中的细胞因子水平,分析支原体线粒体DNA(MP-DNA)载量与细胞因子水平变化的相关性.结果 观察组支气管肺泡灌洗液中白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6 和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-1β、IL-6 和IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);支原体肺炎患儿MP-DNA载量与支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清中的IL-1β、IL-6和IFN-γ水平均呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 支原体肺炎患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清中的细胞因子水平较高,且与MP-DNA载量呈正相关.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum cytokines in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and their correlation with Mycoplasma pneumoniae mitochondrial-DNA(MP-DNA)load.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 children with simple Mycoplasma pneumonia(observation group)and 40 children with simple bacterial pneumonia(control group)admitted to Jurong People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.The cytokine levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between MP-DNA load and cytokine levels was analyzed.Results The levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and IFN-γ in serum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MP-DNA load in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia was positively correlated with the IL-1β,IL-6,and IFN-γ levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of inflammatory cytokines in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia are elevated and positively correlated with MP-DNA load.
