摘要
目的 探讨针刺联合手指点穴治疗孤独症患儿的效果.方法 选取 2021年 7 月至 2023 年 7 月淄博市妇幼保健院儿童康复科收治的 85 例孤独症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(43 例,针刺治疗)、观察组(42 例,针刺联合手指点穴治疗),比较两组行为症状、语言功能、智力发育情况.结果 治疗前,两组儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)与孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CARS、ABC评分均降低,且与对照组比较,观察组CARS、ABC评分更低(P<0.05).两组治疗前的语言发育迟缓率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组语言发育迟缓率均降低,且与对照组比较,观察组语言发育迟缓率更低(P<0.05).两组治疗前的韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)各维度评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组C-WISC各维度评分均升高,且与对照组比较,观察组C-WISC各维度评分更高(P<0.05).结论 针刺联合手指点穴治疗能够改善孤独症患儿的行为症状,促进语言功能和智力水平的发育.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with finger acupoint in the treatment of children with autism.Methods A total of 85 children with autism admitted to Department of Children's Rehabilitation,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases,acupuncture therapy)and observation group(42 cases,acupuncture combined with finger acupuncture therapy).The behavioral symptoms,language function and intellectual development of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of childhood autism rating scale(CARS)and autism behavior checklist(ABC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of CARS and ABC in both groups were decreased,and compared with the control group,the scores of CARS and ABC in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in language retardation rate between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the language retardation rate of both groups was decreased,and the language retardation rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Chinese-Wechsler intelligence scale of children(C-WISC)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of C-WISC of both groups were increased,and compared with the control group,the scores of C-WISC of observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with finger acupoint therapy can improve the behavioral symptoms of children with autism,promote the development of language function and intelligence level.
