益气通窍汤联合针刺治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎肺脾气虚证的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨益气通窍汤联合针刺治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎肺脾气虚证的临床效果.方法 选取2022 年1月至 2023 年12 月在灵川县妇幼保健院接受治疗的80 例过敏性鼻炎肺脾气虚证患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(40 例,常规治疗)与研究组(40 例,益气通窍汤联合针刺),比较两组中医证候积分、不良反应、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、临床症状缓解时间.结果 与参照组相比,研究组治疗后的不良反应总发生率、各项中医证候评分、IL-6水平更低(P<0.05);研究组各项临床症状缓解时间短于参照组(P<0.05).结论 对过敏性鼻炎肺脾气虚证患儿采用益气通窍汤联合针刺进行治疗,患儿不良反应发生率较低,且治疗后能降低患儿的中医证候积分与IL-6 水平,缩短临床症状缓解时间,促进康复,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis with spleen-lung qi deficiency pattern.Methods A total of 80 children with allergic rhinitis with spleen-lung qi deficiency pattern who received treatment in Lingchuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into reference group(40 cases,conventional treatment)and study group(40 cases,Yiqi Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,adverse reactions,interleukin-6(IL-6)level,and clinical symptom remission time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the total incidence of adverse reactions,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and IL-6 level after treatment in the study group were lower(P<0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture for the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis with spleen-lung qi deficiency pattern has low incidence of adverse reactions,and after treatment,it can reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and IL-6 level of the children,shorten the time of clinical symptom remission,and promote rehabilitation,which is worthy of application.
