妊娠合并直肠癌是一种罕见但严重的情况.直肠癌的一些症状与妊娠重叠,如便秘、腹痛、恶心、呕吐、贫血和直肠出血等,导致其常被误认为是痔疮或肛裂.因直肠癌检查对胎儿存在潜在风险,故常导致直肠癌诊断延迟,使其治疗复杂化,预后不佳.本文探讨妊娠合并直肠癌的临床特点及对妊娠的影响,结合文献分析疾病的特征、诊疗及预后.
Abstract
Pregnancy combined with rectal cancer is a rare but serious condition.Some symptoms of rectal cancer overlap with pregnancy,such as constipation,abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,anaemia,and rectal bleeding,leading to it being often mistaken for haemorrhoids or anal fissures.Due to the potential risks of rectal cancer examination to the foetus,it often leads to delayed diagnosis of rectal cancer,complicated treatment,and poor prognosis.This article explores the clinical characteristics of pregnancy combined with rectal cancer and its impact on pregnancy,and combines literature to analyze the characteristics,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of the disease.
