摘要
目的 基于多密度分割技术构建胎肺管道三维可视化模型.方法 采用多密度分色铸型技术对胎肺管道进行灌注铸型,红色环氧树脂-氧化铅混合填充剂灌注肺动脉,黄色环氧树脂-二氧化钛混合填充剂灌注支气管,通过128 层螺旋CT薄层扫描及Mimics软件动态区域增长分割构建胎肺管道三维可视化模型.结果 成功构建多密度分色胎肺管道铸型标本和多密度三维可视化胎肺管道模型.结论 该技术能多形式、多角度立体展示不同管道走形、分布情况,解决以往三维重建只能单独显示单一管道的难题,为胎儿医学获取基础医学资料提供新的技术.
Abstract
Objective To construct a three-dimensional visualization model of fetal lung ducts based on multi-density segmentation technology.Methods Multi-density color separation casting technology was used to perfuse fetal lung ducts.The red epoxy resin-lead oxide mixed filler was perfused into the pulmonary artery,and the yellow epoxy resin-titanium dioxide mixed filler was perfused into the bronchi.The 128-slice spiral CT thin-slice scanning and dynamic region growth segmentation with Mimics software were used to construct a three-dimensional visualization model of fetal lung ducts.Results A multi-density color separation fetal lung duct cast specimen and a multi-density three-dimensional visualization fetal lung duct model were successfully constructed.Conclusion This technology can three-dimensionally display the shape and distribution of different pipelines in multiple forms and angles,solving the previous problem that three-dimensional reconstruction can only display a single pipeline alone,and providing a new technology for fetal medicine to obtain basic medical information.
