新发展格局下长三角物流业高质量发展研究

为准确测度长三角整体与各市的物流发展水平,构建了物流业高质量发展评价指标体系,并进行了实证分析.首先采用DEA-BCC模型进行区域物流发展效率综合评价,然后采用DEA-Malmquist模型展开全要素生产率测算,并结合熵值法及波动性分析评价了长三角区域物流高质量发展水平.结果表明,长三角区域物流发展水平不高,综合效率较低;DEA三大效率指数均呈上升趋势但其波动性存在显著差异,其中,技术效率呈明显上升趋势,成为综合效率提升的主要推动力;观测期间,长三角各市物流效率呈小幅波动上升趋势;同时,长三角地区在技术效率与规模效率方面仍有较大提升空间.应新发展格局需要,长三角各方亟待从基础设施、创新驱动、绿色发展、服务链拓展等方面协同发展.
High-Quality Development of Logistics Industry in Yangtze River Delta under New Development Pattern
In order to accurately measure the logistics development level of the Yangtze Riv-er Delta as a whole and each city,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of logistics industry and conducts an empirical analysis.Firstly,the DEA-BCC model is used to comprehensively evaluate the development efficiency of region-al logistics,then the DEA-Malmquist model is used to calculate the total factor productivi-ty,and finally the high-quality development level of regional logistics in the Yangtze River Delta is evaluated by combining the entropy method and volatility analysis.The results show that the development level of regional logistics in Yangtze River Delta is not high,and the comprehensive efficiency is low;The three efficiency indexes of DEA are all on the rise,but there are significant differences in their volatility.Among them,technical efficiency is on the rise,which is the main driving force for the improvement of comprehensive efficien-cy.During the observation period,the logistics efficiency of each city in the Yangtze River Delta showed a slight fluctuation and increased trend.At the same time,the Yangtze River Delta region still has a large room for improvement in terms of technical and scale efficien-cy.In response to the needs of the new development pattern,all parties in the Yangtze River Delta need to develop in a coordinated manner from infrastructure,innovation-driven,green development,and service chain expansion.
