职教本科背景下现代通信技术专业人才培养模式研究与实践

摘要
职教本科是深化职业教育人才培养质量和实践教学效果的一种"跨界"教育形态,是新时期探索职业教育改革的重要战略方向.现阶段,职教本科技术技能人才培养面临办学模式不匹配、教学结构不合理、管理制度不完善等诸多现实问题.以现代通信技术专业为研究对象,分析了当前人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了相应的创新实践措施.
Abstract
Undergraduate vocational education is a kind of"cross-border"education form to deepen the talent training quality and practical teaching effects of vocational education,and is the strategic vocational education reformdirectionin the new period.At present,the cultivation of technical and skilled personnel in undergraduatevocational education is faced with many practical problems such as the mismatch of school-running mode,the unreasonable teaching structure and the imperfect management system.Taking Modern Communication Technology as the research object,this paper analyzedthe problems existing in the current personnel train-ing mode and put forward countermeasures.
