Study on Practical Training Teaching in Vocational Colleges based on National Vocational Skills Competition
This paper aims to explore the application effect of blended teaching method in practical training teaching in vocational colleges under the digital background.Combined with the award-winning experience of the National Vocational Skills Competition,the author deeply analyzed the innovative teaching mode which integrate the job skills requirement,the course design,the skills competition and the qualification certificate demand into the teach-ing process,and applied the skills training experience of the competition to the teaching of Ship Main Engine and Shafting Installation course,successfully transforming the experience of the competition into practical training teaching innovation.This innovative teaching meth-od not only optimizes teaching resources,but also promotes the effective integration of com-petition and practical training teaching,promotes the upgrading and transformation of practi-cal training equipment,and strengthens the school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.
