高职课程思政的适应、协同与创新:以工匠精神为例

在职业教育适应性背景下,高职课程思政具有适应社会与个体内外在需求的应然状态,也面临着育德目标模糊、主体分化、路径失衡、平台不畅的实然困境.高职课程思政发展需要审视职教类型特征,挖掘工匠精神内涵,找到两者融通的契合点,确立工匠精神作为高职课程思政的实践目标.以工匠精神作为实践媒介,从协同育人目标、育人机制、育人主体与育人平台四个角度,探索高职课程思政创新实施策略,以适应社会对高职技术人才德技兼修、德艺精进、德智融合的培育需求.
Innovation of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Course Teaching——Trainingof Craftsmanship Spirit
To adapt to the vocational education,ideological and political education in course teaching is supposed to meet the needs of the society as well as individuals,while it still face some difficulties such as unclear education goal,division of morality building and skills training,unbalanced education path,and separated education platforms,etc.This essay pro-posed to exploit the connotation of craftsmanship spirit and integrate it into vocational educa-tion.With the training of craftsmanship spirit as the education goal,this essay discussed the innovation of ideological and political education in course teaching from aspects of the talent training goal,the training mechanism,the training body and the training platform,so as to meet the social needs for skilled personnel with good morality.
