Training of Ship Communication and Navigation Inspection Engineers under the Background of Industry-Education Integration
In order to maximize ship navigationsafety,the Maritime Safety Administration continues to strengthen the management of navigation safety and radio equipment,and ex-pects to solve the current extreme shortage of communication detection personnel through in-dustry-education integration.The working mechanism and implementation path for indus-try-education integrationare elaborated in detail in terms of the cooperation mechanism be-tween government,school and enterprise,talent training studio,practical teaching system,teaching staffbuilding,and engineering culture education,with a view to cultivating skilled,learning,and high-quality engineers who can meet the demand of modern ship communica-tion and navigation industry development.
