摘要
采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,从基础能力、专业能力、通用能力和个性能力四方面构建了湖北省高职院校毕业生就业能力要素,并对湖北省具有代表性的12所高职院校毕业生及用人单位展开了调查.通过调查,发现湖北省高职院校毕业生就业存在专业知识技能与市场需求不匹配、综合素质和职业素养不高、就业观念和就业态度不积极等问题.基于冰山理论的启发,文章提出了四个对策,加强校企合作、推进人才培养体系改革、建立终身学习体系、加强毕业生的就业指导和服务,旨在满足就业市场对高职毕业生的需求,促进毕业生的职业发展和社会贡献.
Abstract
The article adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other re-search methods,from the aspects of basic ability,professional ability,general ability and personality to build the employability of graduates from higher vocational colleges in Hubei province,and carries out a survey on the graduates and employers of 12 representative higher vocational colleges in Hubei province.Through the survey,it is found that there are problems in the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges in Hubei Prov-ince,such as the mismatch between professional knowledge and market demand,the low comprehensive quality and professional accomplishment,the negative employment attitude.Based on the inspiration of the Iceberg Theory,the article puts forward four countermea-sures including strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,promoting the reform of person-nel training system,establishing a lifelong learning system,strengthening the employment guidance and service for graduates,aiming to meet the demand of the employment mar-ket,and promote the career development and social contribution of graduates.
