摘要

采用积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)对238名男性军士生和249名男性非军士生进行问卷调查,以了解军士生心理资本的现状及特点.结果发现:军士生心理资本及其各维度的发展高于非军士生,处于较高水平;军士生心理资本状况在年级、是否班干部、生源地、是否独生子女等因素上不存在差异;军士生心理资本状况在班级成绩排名上存在差异,成绩排名靠后的军士生心理资本状况低于成绩排名靠前及中游的军士生.军士生选拔及培养单位应继续严格按照标准开展军士生选拔和培养,同时,重视军士生的心理资本提升,特别是心理韧性维度的提升,针对成绩较差军士生有针对性地开发提升其心理资本.

Abstract

A positive psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ)was used to investigate the current status and characteristics of psychological capital among 238 male sergeant students and 249 male non-sergeant students.The results showed three points below.The develop-ment of psychological capital of sergeant students is higher than that of non-sergeants,and at a relatively high level.The psychological capital of sergeant students has no difference in grade,class leader or not,place of origin,only child or not.There are differences in the psychological capital of sergeants in class ranking of academic achievements.The psychologi-cal capital of sergeants with poor academic performance is relatively lower.It is suggested that the selection and training of sergeant students should be in strict accordance with the standards,and the improvement of sergeants'psychological capital should be focused on,especially the improvement of mental toughness dimension.Meanwhile special attention should be given to sergeant students with poor academic performance.
