在"一带一路"发展背景下,为了克服远洋船舶航运船员的情绪风险带来的负面后果,通过逆向管理方法对远洋船员的各种情绪风险进行了分析,研究发现,管理者对于船舶的科学管理处于首要位置,其次招聘和培训合格的船员有利于克服情绪风险,另外增加沟通和设置娱乐活动也是克服情绪风险的有力支撑.对中国国际贸易船舶物流安全管理具有积极意义,在一定程度上丰富了远洋船员心理学的研究,对"一带一路"繁荣发展和中华民族伟大复兴具有添砖加瓦的重要作用.
Abstract
In the context of the development of the Belt and Road Initiative,in order to overcome the negative consequences of emotional risks of seafarers of ocean-going ships,this study analyzed various emotional risks of ocean-going seafarers through the method of reverse management.The study found that the scientific management of ships by managers is in the first place,and the recruitment and training of qualified seafarers is conducive to overcoming emotional risks.In addition,increasing communication and setting up recreation-al activities can help overcome emotional risks.The study result is of great significance for the logistics safety management of China's international trade ships,enriches the research on the psychology of ocean-going sailors to a certain extent,and plays an important role in the development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
