摘要

职业院校教师教学能力建设是提高职业教育人才培养质量、增强职业教育适应性的基础要素,是职业院校高水平发展的关键能力.研究分析职业院校教师教学能力结构,建立职业院校教师教学能力评价体系、确定职业院校教师教学能力优化路径,是职业教育理论创新与实践创新的需要.

Abstract

The teaching ability building for vocational college teachers is a fundamental ele-ment for improving the vocational talent training quality and enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,and it is also crucial for the high-level development of vocational col-leges.Studying and analyzing the teaching ability structure of vocational college teachers,es-tablishing an teaching ability evaluation system,and determining the optimization path for teaching ability are necessary for vocational education innovation in theory and practice.
