适应湖北现代服务业发展需求的高职财经商贸类专业转型升级研究

摘要
"十四五"期间,湖北省将全力打造现代服务业强省.高职财经商贸专业是服务业人才培养的重要阵地,其转型升级是提升现代服务业发展水平的有力支撑.通过调研湖北省15所重点高职院校,分析了财经商贸专业设置基本情况及其与现代服务业发展的耦合程度,发现存在传统专业同质化、融合化专业布点不足、对现代服务业重点发展领域支撑力不足、示范引领水平性不强等问题,并在此基础上从政府、院校、校企合作等方面提出了相应的对策建议,以期促进高职财经商贸专业升级与现代服务业高质量发展同频共振.
Abstract
During the 14th Five Year Plan period,building the modern service industry will be the focus in Hubei Province.Vocational education in finance and commerce is an impor-tant battlefield for training service industry talents,and its transformation and upgrading pro-vides powerful support for modern service industry development.The research were conduct-ed on 15 key vocational colleges in Hubei Province,in which the connection between fi-nance and commerce majors and modern service industry were analyzed.Some problems have been found,and it was pointed out that the insufficient construction level of majors in vocational colleges can hardly provide support for the development of modern service indus-try.Some suggestions and measures have been put forward to promote the upgrading of fi-nance and commerce majors in vocational colleges based on the cooperation among the gov-ernment,schools and enterprises,with a view to serving the high quality development of modern service industry in Hubei province.
