高职电子商务专业校企合作协同育人探索
School-Enterprise Cooperation and Collaborative Education in E-commerce Major of Vocational Colleges

摘要
高职电子商务专业校企合作协同育人的探索过程中存在专业教学内容与电子商务企业人才市场需求一定程度上的不匹配现象,校企合作协同育人中存在一些问题,如企业参与度不够高,利益分配机制不够完善,管理机制不够健全等.由此提出了一些校企合作协同育人的具体改进措施,包括建立"校中工作室"和"厂中教学班"式的实践教学模式,以及开展"工学交替"教学模式,以及引入企业参与制等,以期促进高职电子商务专业校企合作协同育人的发展.
Abstract
This article mainly introduces the exploration of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education for e-commerce majors in vocational colleges.Firstly,it points out that there is a certain mismatch between the teaching content of e-commerce majors in vo-cational colleges and the talent market demand of e-commerce enterprises,and it is neces-sary to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.Secondly,it points out the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative educa-tion,such as insufficient participation of enterprises,incomplete interest distribution mecha-nism,and inadequate management mechanism.This article proposes some specific measures for school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,including the establishment of a practical teaching mode of"school studios"and"factory classes",the development of a teaching mode of"work-study rotation",and the introduction of enterprise participation sys-tems,etc.
