定向培养军士生带训能力培养机制研究

摘要
随着高校的扩招,军训任务量也随之增大,驻地现有的现役、退役大学生和民兵预备役等带训人员已无法满足高校军训需求.定向培养军士是军队与地方高校联培联训,在校期间接受准军事化管理,具备基本的军事技能和组训能力,能解决带训教官不足的现实问题,同时也能提高军士生综合能力.通过文献分析和研究,对定向培养军士生带训能力培养机制研究,建立带训军士生的训练、选拔、集训和带训工作方案、评价标准和实施方案,能有效促进带训军士生能力培养,提升军训质量.
Abstract
With the expansion of college enrollment,the amount of military training tasks al-so increases,the existing training personnel have been unable to meet the needs of college military training work.Non-commissioned officers,who are jointly trained by the military and the local colleges,are expected to take up the work of military training work in colleg-es due to their good military literacy and ability.Based on literature review and research,this essay discussed the training of non-commissioned officers to carry out military training for college students from the aspects of personnel selection,training mechanism and evalua-tion program.By doing so,the ability of non-commissioned officers and the military train-ing quality can be both improved.
