New quality productive forces are important source of power for socialist modern-ization.The paper discussed the concept and connotation of new quality productive forces,summarized the characteristics of new quality productive forces,and analyzed the problems and difficulties in higher vocational education under current situation.It also proposed the development strategy for higher vocational education under this background,which included innovating the talent training concept,enhancing the teaching staff building and improving the talent training quality,etc.
