Dilemma and Countermeasures of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in New Era
Higher vocational colleges are mainly responsible for technical talents training,and labor education is the foundation.However,there are still many problems existing in the labor education of higher vocation colleges,such as the simple education content,inade-quate practice form,students'lack of labor awareness and ability,etc.The essay proposed countermeasures for improving students'labor literacy and professional competence by opti-mizing the curriculum system,strengthening the guarantee mechanism,enhancing labor eval-uation,and creating labor cultural atmosphere.
