摘要
随着邮轮产业的蓬勃发展,对邮轮工程技术专业人才的需求日益增长,邮轮工程技术人才的培养成为行业关注的焦点.传统的人才培养模式已难以满足行业对于高素质现场工程师的需求."三主体、六融合"现场工程师人才培养模式,旨在培养具备扎实理论基础、实践能力和创新精神的现场工程师.通过校企合作、工学交替、理论与实践相结合等多种方式,实现了教学资源与产业资源的有效融合,为邮轮产业的可持续发展提供了人才保障.
Abstract
With the booming development of the cruise industry,the demand for cruise engi-neering and technical professionals is increasing,and the cultivation of cruise engineering and technical talents has become a focus of industry attention.The traditional talent cultiva-tion model is no longer able to meet the industry's demand for high-quality on-site engi-neers.This article proposes an innovative talent training model,aiming to cultivate on-site engineers with solid theoretical foundations,practical abilities,and innovative spirit.Through various methods such as school-enterprise cooperation,the combination of theory learning and practice,and the effective integration of teaching resources and industrial resources,the talent training can be guaranteed for the sustainable development of the cruise industry.
