摘要
针对传统船舶类专业创新教育存在着的理念滞后、培养目标不清、毕业生创新能力不足、适岗匹配度不高等问题,提出了"三技融汇"船舶类现场工程师育人模式.根据船舶类专业特点将"三技融汇"和现场工程师培养有机结合,构建影响船舶类人才发展的相关因素体系,对船舶类现场工程师培养路径进行研究.
Abstract
According to problems existing in innovative education of marine engineering spe-cialty,such as outdated education concept,unclear training goal,students'lack of creativity and incompetence in job,etc.,this essay proposed the training mode of on-site engineers based on three-skill integration.The essay analyzed the influential factors in talent training of marine engineering specialty,and discussed the talent training path.
