"三融合、三贯通"智能航海人才培养体系探索与实践

随着全球航运业的快速增长和智能航运技术的兴起,对高素质航海人才的需求急剧上升.传统的航海人才培养模式已难以满足现代航运业对人才的多样化需求,特别是在确保职业技能与岗位需求相匹配、提供充足实习机会和加强教师队伍建设等方面存在显著不足.为应对这些挑战,提出并实践了"三融合、三贯通"的智能航海人才培养体系.通过课程与证书的融合、产教融合、校企协同,以及重视理论与实践相结合的教学方法.同时,有效地整合了教育质量监督体系、能力标准与教育理念,旨在全面提升航海人才的专业技能和实践能力.自2009年实施以来,已显著提高了学生的实践技能、综合素质及国际竞争力,为智能航运时代培养出了一批高素质的航海技术人才,得到了国内外船东和航运界的广泛认可.
Study on Intelligent Maritime Talent Training System
With the rapid growth of the global shipping industry and the advent of intelli-gent navigation technologies,the demand for high-quality maritime personnel has dramatical-ly increased.Traditional maritime training models are no longer sufficient to meet the mod-ern industry's diverse demands,particularly in aligning professional skills with job require-ments,providing ample internship opportunities,and strengthening the development of teach-ing staff.In response to these challenges,this paper proposes an intelligent maritime person-nel training system,which integrates coursework with professional certification,focusing on the industry-education collaboration,the school-enterprise cooperation,and the combina-tion of theory learning and practice.Moreover,it effectively consolidates the education quali-ty supervision system,capability standards,and educational philosophy,aiming to compre-hensively enhance the professional skills and practical abilities of maritime personnel.Since its implementation in 2009,this system has significantly improved students'practical skills,overall quality,and international competitiveness,cultivating a cohort of high-quality mari-time technical talents for the era of intelligent navigation.It has received widespread recogni-tion from shipowners and the maritime community,both domestically and internationally.
