摘要
分析了ZYFM型油水分离器的工作原理和自动控制原理,发现该型油水分离器设计上有缺陷,导致船员故意排放超标污油水.通过改进控制线路和换装气开式三通阀,消除了设计上的缺陷,彻底杜绝了船员恶意排放超标污油水的现象.该方法具有思路新、成本低、操作简单和就地取材的特点,实际应用效果显著,具有良好的市场推广前景.
Abstract
The working principle and automatic control principle of ZYFM oil-water separa-tor are analyzed,and it is found that the design of this oil-water separator has defects,which lead to the deliberate discharge of excessive dirty oil water by the crew.By improv-ing the control circuit and replacing the air-open three-way valve,the design defects are eliminated,andthe discharge of excessive dirty oil water can be avoided.This method is in-novative,with low cost,and easy to operate with materials easily available.The method is proved to be effective and of market value.
