全面推进乡村振兴背景下高职院校参与乡土人才队伍建设路径研究

摘要
全面推进乡村振兴背景下,乡土人才队伍建设是农村实现高质量发展的关键.面对全面乡村振兴的内在要求,高职院校已积极投身乡土人才队伍建设与培养中,但是仍存在乡土人才培养规模较小、培训管理体系不完善、多方协同培育机制不健全等问题.高职院校应立足实际培养各类紧缺的乡土人才,这既是全面推进乡村振兴的时代诉求,也是促进高职院校高质量发展的现实要求,更为有乡土情怀的人才施展抱负提供了通道.高职院校要积极参与乡土人才队伍建设,精准对接乡村发展实际需求,整合学校资源完善乡土人才培训体系,创造乡土人才发展的良好氛围.
Abstract
Under the perspective of overall rural revitalization,the construction of the local talent pool is the key to achieving high-quality rural development.Facing the internal re-quirements of overall rural revitalization,higher vocational colleges have been actively in-volved in the training of local talents;however,there are still issues to be solved,such as the small training scale,the imperfect training management system,and the incomplete multi-party collaborative cultivation mechanism.Vocational colleges should train various types of local talents in short supply based on the actual situation.This is not only the de-mand of the time for rural revitalization,but also the realistic requirement for high-quality development of vocational colleges,and it also provides a channel for talents with local sen-timents to display their aspirations.Vocational colleges should actively participate in the con-struction of local talent pool to meet the needs of rural development,integrate school re-sources to improve the talent training system,and create a favorable atmosphere for the de-velopment of local talents.
