技工教育服务技能型社会建设的价值、挑战与对策

建设技能型社会是新时代经济加速发展的必然要求,技工教育在服务技能型社会建设中发挥着应有价值,其为技能型社会输出技能人才并提供技能人才认证,为技能传承提供支持,为技能创新营造良好社会氛围.然而,在技工教育服务技能型社会建设中仍面临着崇尚技能的社会土壤尚未形成、办学的社会认可度较低、无法满足社会对技能人才的需求等挑战.为更好地服务技能型社会建设,技工教育要善于主动担当,拓宽技工教育的社会影响力;加快内涵建设,提升技能人才培养质量;科学合理布局,完善技能人才体制机制.
Abstract
The construction of a skill-based society is an inevitable requirement for the ac-celerated economic development in the new era.Technician education plays its due value in serving the construction of a skill-based society.It provides skilled talents and talent certifi-cation for the skill-based society,supports the inheritance of skills,and creates a favorable social atmosphere for skill innovation.However,there are still challenges such as the lack of social environment in which skills are advocated,the low social recognition of techni-cian education,and the inability to meet the social demand for skilled talents.To better serve the construction of a skill-based society,technician education should take the initia-tive to broaden its social influence,accelerate connotation construction,improve skilled tal-ent training quality,and improve the system and mechanism of skilled talents.
