中华优秀传统文化视域下职业教育文化自信的问题困境及建设路径探析

摘要
在职业教育高质量发展的新征程上,职业教育文化自信是实现高质量发展的深层动力.从文化思想、办学历史、社会现实等维度深度剖析当前职业教育文化不自信现状,并审视其根源;梳理中华优秀传统文化中有利于培育职业教育文化自信的种子,如"有教无类""政事日用""革故鼎新""庖丁解牛"等,通过弘扬公平、务实、创新和工匠精神,为职业教育文化自信的筑基、固本、提质、塑魂,提供实现路径参考.
Abstract
On the new journey of high-quality development of vocational education,self-confidence in vocational education culture is the deep driving force to achieve high-qual-ity development.This paper deeply analyzes the lack of cultural confidence in current voca-tional education from the aspects of cultural thoughts,school-running history and social real-ity,and examines the causes,so as to sort out the seeds of Chinese excellent traditional culture that are conducive to cultivating cultural self-confidence in vocational education.By carrying forward the spirit of fairness,pragmatism,innovation and craftsmanship,it provides a reference for realizing the self-confidence in the culture of vocational education.
