摘要
在国家职业教育改革的大环境下,构建了一种全新的双元制本土化"双N认证"多证书制度,在本区域内遴选大、中、小型稳定发展的企业,打造多层次校企双元育人平台,通过国家、学校、N家企业共同认证,构建国家认证职业技能等级证书、国家认证X证书和企业认证技能等级证书等多种职业标准证书制度,实现多级目标激励和多通道人才培养.匹配目标岗位精确构建标准参照考试题库,将证书知识点、技能考核点融入教学内容中,构建"认知教学-专业综合实训-证书"的教学体系,实现岗、课、证融通,为区域产业输送高素质复合型技术技能人才,实现多方共赢.
Abstract
In the context of national vocational education reform,this article discusses the dual system localization practice based on multi-certificate system.In the practice,stable enterprises of large,medium,and small sizes in the area are selected to build a school-en-terprise dual education platform through which the nation,school and companies jointly cer-tify and establish a variety of professional standard certificate systems,including national cer-tified vocational skill level certificates and enterprise certified skill level certificates,to achieve multi-level goal incentives and multi-channel talent cultivation.Standard exam ques-tion banks are constructed according to target jobs,integrating certificate knowledge and skills into teaching content,so that the job-course-certificate integration can be realized and high quality skilled talents can be sent to regional industries,achieving a new pattern of win-win cooperation among multiple parties.
