刍议劳动教育融入职业生涯规划教育的育人路径

摘要
劳动教育是全面发展教育体系的重要组成部分,是实现"五育并举"、"三全育人"育人大格局的重要内容.在当前就业形势严峻的背景下,将劳动教育融入到职业生涯规划教育中将有助于提升大学生的劳动素养,也是助力做好职业规划的必要选择.通过两者融合的现状,提出以劳动教育为基石,完善职业规划教育体系;搭建平台,助力劳动教育,夯实职业规划实践基础;优化师资队伍,凝聚"融合育人"多元力量;与用人单位合建职业信息发展数据库,建立反馈评价体系等四个方面育人路径,旨在提高两者的深度融合,多措并举,协同育人,为我国的经济建设源源不断地提供"德知技"兼具人才.
Abstract
Labor education is an important part of all-round education system.Under the severe employment situation,integrating labor education into career planning course will help improve college students'labor literacy,and is also a necessary for career planning.Based on the analysis of the current situation,this study proposes the education path,in-cluding improving the career planning education system with labor education as the corner-stone,establishing the education platform,optimizing the teaching staff,building a career information development database with employers,and establishing a feedback evaluation system,etc.The aim is to improve the deep integration of labor education and career plan-ning education,so as to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel for the economic construc-tion in China.
