On Talent Training Effect in Higher Vocational Colleges from Perspective of Industry-Education Integration
Deepening industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges to improve the talent training quality is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era,and can pro-vide strong talent support for local economic and social development.At present,there are still some problems in the talent training of higher vocational colleges,such as lack of gov-ernment support,lack of teaching system,lack of enterprise motivation,etc.By analyzing the underlying reasons,it is pointed out that higher vocational colleges need to give full play to the main role of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges with the support of the government,implement the social responsibility of enterprises,and establish the concept of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.Combined with the triple helix theo-ry,stakeholder theory and human capital theory,the three parties of government,school and enterprise should create a deep integration of industrial system,vocational education sys-tem and innovation system,achieve the goal of symbiosis between industry and education,build a benign operating mechanism involving all parties,and ensure the training of high-quality skilled talents.
