教育数字化时代高职教师信息化教学能力发展路径研究

摘要
教育数字化时代,职业院校教师信息化教学能力呈现出信息化应用两极化、培训体系不完善、融合创新不够等实际问题.针对这些问题,创新构建"三位一体、五步提升"信息化教学能力螺旋式发展路径,以期为高职院校教师信息化教学能力提升提供参考.
Abstract
In the education digitization era,there are some problems in information technolo-gy-aided teaching ability of vocational college teachers,such as polarization of information technology application,imperfect training system and insufficient innovation,etc.In view of these problems,the paper constructs a spiral development path of informatization teaching ability,in order to provide reference for the improvement of informatization teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
