随着全球数字经济的兴起,高等教育数字化浪潮把教师的数字素养推至核心位置,成为新时代衡量教学能力的新标准.在商科教育领域,数字技术不仅重新定义了商业模式,也逐渐融入商科教学与科研之中,商科教师数字素养提升显得尤为关键.依据《教师数字素养》行业标准,针对商科教育的特点,理清了商科教师数字素养的理论构成,探讨了面临的现实困境,主要体现在融合瓶颈、双重挑战、改革不力、发展不畅和评价缺位等方面,并从校企合作、创建平台、技术赋能、制定规划和完善评价五个方面提出了策略建议.旨在全面提高商科教师的数字素养水平,提高商科人才培养质量.
Digital Literacy of Business School Teachers:Theoretical Connotations,Realistic Challenges,and Enhancement Strategies
With the rising of the global digital economy,the digital literacy of teachers be-comes crucial and a new standard for measuring teaching ability in the new era.In the field of business education,digital technology has not only redefined business models but has al-so gradually integrated into business education and research,making the improvement of digital literacy of business teachers particularly crucial.Based on the industry standards of"Teachers'Digital Literacy"and focusing on the characteristics of business education,this ar-ticle clarifies the theoretical composition of the digital literacy of business teachers,discusses the current challenges,and proposes strategic suggestions in five areas:school-enterprise co-operation,platform creation,technological empowerment,planning formulation,and evalua-tion improvement.The aim is to comprehensively enhance the digital literacy level of busi-ness teachers and ensure the cultivation of high-quality business talents.
