船舶尾气脱硝方案的技术经济分析

为给船舶尾气氮氧化物的减排提供最优方案,介绍了三种可用于尾气处理的脱硝技术,并基于方案比选和效益测算的方式对可行性较高的船用SCR脱硝和臭氧氧化脱硝进行了技术经济分析.结果显示:SCR脱硝的运行成本体现在尿素消耗、电耗、淡水消耗、压缩空气消耗和催化剂更换上,总运行费用为107.3 元/h;臭氧氧化脱硝的运行成本体现在电耗上,总运行费用为875.3 元/h;SCR脱硝和臭氧氧化脱硝系统的电耗分别占柴油机总功率的0.46%和12.78%,即SCR对船舶供电系统的负担更小,且无废水产生.因此认为SCR脱硝用于船舶尾气治理时技术可行性高,经济性好.
Technical and Economic Analysis of Marine Exhaust Gas Denitration Scheme
In order to provide the optimal scheme for the emission reduction of marine ex-haust gas nitrogen oxide,the denitration technology used for ship exhaust gas treatment is compared,and the technical and economic analysis of the feasible marine SCR denitration and ozone oxidation denitration is made based on the method of scheme comparison and benefit calculation.The results showed that the operating cost of SCR denitration includes urea consumption,power consumption,fresh water consumption,compressed air consump-tion and catalyst replacement,and the total operating cost is 107.3 yuan/h.The operating cost of ozone oxidation denitration includes power consumption,and the total operating cost is 875.3 yuan/h.The power consumption of SCR denitration system and ozone oxidation denitration system accounts for 0.46%and 12.78%of the total power of diesel engine re-spectively.SCR denitration has less burden on the marine power supply system and no wastewater,and it is considered that SCR denitration is of high technical feasibility and good economy when used for marine exhaust gas treatment.
