摘要
近些年来,受全球气候变化影响,我国极端洪旱灾害事件时有发生,对区域经济社会发展造成严重影响.以重庆市南岸区为例,分析南岸区洪旱灾害防御问题和应对方法,提出如何进一步搞好洪旱灾害应对工作的建议,以期为当地洪旱灾害防治提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,affected by global climate change,extreme flood and drought di-saster events occurred frequently in our country,which seriously affected regional economic and social development.Taking Nan'an District of Chongqing as an example,this paper an-alyzes the flood and drought disaster prevention and coping methods in Nan'an District,and puts forward suggestions on how to better deal with flood and drought disasters,in or-der to provide reference for local flood and drought disaster prevention.
