Implementation Dilemma and Optimization Path of Modern Apprenticeship in Guizhou Province
Modern apprenticeship is a new type of training mode combining traditional training and modern vocational education,which can meet the requirement of industrial development strategy in Guizhou province and promote the development of economy and society.While In the process of modern apprenticeship practice in Guizhou,there are some problems and difficulties,such as limited application and promotion due to the low level of industrialization,incomplete school-enterprise co-operation mechanism,and insufficient personnel selection mechanism,etc.For this reason,it is necessary to take corresponding measures to improve the implementation quality of modern apprenticeship,such as promoting the transformation of industrial structure,exploring the new mode of school-enterprise co-operation,and building enterprise mentor se-lection mechanism,so as to achieve the industrial development strategy of Guizhou province.
