Research on the Path of Non-academic Education in Vocational Colleges Serving Rural Revitalization——Taking Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic as an Example
With the implementation of Action Plan for Digital Village Development and the devel-opment of smart agriculture,there is an increasing demand of farmers for non-academic vocational education on agricultural production and operation,agricultural science and technology,and rural social management.In recent years,based on industry-education integration,various non-aca-demic vocational education have been carried out for farmers in rural areas by vocational colleges,which has provided great support for rural revitalization.However,there are still many existing problems during the education process,such as unclear education positioning,single training mode,incomplete training mechanism,and limited training effects,etc.This article analyzes the problems existing in non-academic vocational education in Yichang according to the actual rural re-vitalization demand,and explores the path for high quality non-academic vocational education path.
