摘要

新质生产力发展的核心在颠覆性创新,而拔尖创新人才培养是实现颠覆性创新的关键驱动力.立足发展新质生产力,以建设海洋强国、交通强国的战略背景与目标要求,从航海教育的范式迭代分析入手,剖析总结航海类拔尖创新人才培养过程中科研创新能力培养不足、校企协同育人深度不够、技术创新与人才培养不同步等现实挑战,结合航海类拔尖创新人才培养的目标定位,积极探索面向新质生产力发展的航海类拔尖创新人才培养模式,提出注重科研创新能力提升、深入推进协同育人机制、横纵贯通复合培养的优化路径.

Abstract

The core of the development of new quality productivity is disruptive innovation,and the cultivation of top innovative talents is the key driving force to realize disruptive in-novation.Based on the development of new quality productivity,the strategic background and goal requirements of building a maritime power and a transportation power,starting from the iterative analysis of the paradigm of maritime education,the paper analyzes and summarizes the practical challenges in the training of top-notch innovative talents in mari-time fields,such as insufficient training of scientific research and innovation ability,insuffi-cient depth of school-enterprise collaborative education,and asynchronous technological inno-vation and talent training.Combined with the goal positioning of the training of top-notch innovative talents in the Marine category,the paper actively explores the training mode of top-notch innovative talents in the Marine category for the development of new quality pro-ductivity,and puts forward an optimization path focusing on the improvement of scientific research and innovation ability,in-depth promotion of collaborative education mechanism,and cross-longitudinal composite training.
