产教融合背景下多轴数控编程与加工课程建设路径研究

为适应智能制造行业发展需求,提高职业教育人才培养质量,应对高端技能人才短缺难题,分析了目前课程建设与教学过程中存在的教学模式单一、教学内容与生产实践脱节、评价体系单一等问题.以数控技术专业核心课程"多轴数控编程与加工"为例,在产教融合背景下,重新调整课程目标,从课程思政、课程内容与资源建设、教学模式创新、课程团队建设、实训室建设、考核评价体系等方面入手,探索产教融合课程建设路径与方法,旨在提高课程建设质量,完善职业教育课程体系建设,提升数控专业高技能人才培养水平,并为智能制造相关专业课程的建设提供参考.
Construction of Multi-axis CNC Programming and Machining Course based on Industry-Education Integration
In order to meet the development needs of the intelligent manufacturing industry,improve the quality of vocational education talent training,and address the shortage of high-end skilled talents,this paper analyzes the exiting problems in the current curriculum construction and teaching process,such as the single teaching mode,the disconnection be-tween teaching content and production practice,and the single evaluation system,etc.Tak-ing Multi-axis CNC Programming and Machining course as an example,in the context of industry-education integration,the course objectives are readjusted.Starting from the as-pects of ideological and political education,course content and resource construction,teach-ing mode innovation,teaching staff building,training room construction,and assessment and evaluation system,the path of course construction based on industry-education integra-tion is explored.The aim is to improve the quality of course construction,optimize the construction of vocational education curriculum system,enhance the training level of high skilled talents in numerical control major,and provide reference for the construction of courses related to intelligent manufacturing.
