The objective of high quality vocational college construction is to cultivate techni-cal and skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit.However,the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges is based on profession and employment,and students have no chance to practice craftsmanship spirit on campus.This essay proposes a new type of crafts-manship spirit which refers to the good learning quality in school education.Good learning qualities include focus,excellence,resilience,innovation,and responsibility,etc,with pas-sion,dedication and moderation as the three main features.It is suggested that learning quality cultivation should be one of the objectives of profession-oriented craftsmanship spirit cultivation,and it should also be included in the vocational education evaluation system.
