With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,all walks of life will experience unprecedented changes.As an important position for training skilled talents,higher vocational colleges will face the profound impact brought by artificial intelligence tech-nology which will become an important starting point to promote the reform of higher voca-tional education.This paper aims to discuss how to grasp new opportunities and cope with new challenges in higher vocational education under the background of artificial intelligence technology,so as to adapt to the arrival of artificial intelligence technology revolution.
