农村职业教育高质量发展既是职业教育现代化的内在追求,也是乡村振兴的重要抓手.虽然农村职业教育高质量发展已经成为一种政策导向和发展方向,但农村职业教育如何实现高质量发展仍存在诸多困惑.基于社会学制度主义强制性、规范性、文化-认知三大要素分析,发现农村职业教育高质量发展面临农村职业教育制度供给不够精准;多元主体共治优势不够凸显;农村职业教育文化认同不足等多重发展障碍,基于此,可从精准供给农村职业教育制度;促进多元主体协同共治;提升农村职业教育文化认同等方面寻找路径突破,促进农村职业教育高质量发展.
Dilemma and Breakthrough of High-quality Development of Rural Vocational Education——Based on Perspective of Sociological Institutionalism
The high-quality development of vocational education in rural areas is not only the pursuit of vocational education modernization,but also an important starting point for rural revitalization.Although the high-quality development of vocational education in rural areas has become the focus in policy making,there are still some problems and difficulties.Based on the analysis of the three elements of regulation,standardization and culture-cogni-tion from the perspective of sociological institutionalism,it is found that vocational educa-tion in rural areas are still facing difficulties,such as the inaccurate supply of systems,gov-ernance inefficiency among multi-subject,and insufficient recognition of vocational education in rural areas.This essay puts forward the breakthrough path and measures accordingly.
