技能大赛视域下智能时代职业教育人才培养的探索与实践

为满足智能制造领域的快速发展对高职教育人才培养的新要求,依托世界级与国家级技能大赛,从选手综合素养与能力、参赛与备赛经验的角度进行分析,梳理数字化和智能化转型过程中技术技能人才核心能力素养,对标智能时代职业能力需求,进一步提炼出以知识体系构建为核心的课程体系重构、智能时代典型工作任务探索、数字化教学资源建设、评价反馈机制优化四大要素,以支撑教学设计的全面升级,为适应智能时代的高素质技术技能人才培养提供了教学改革思路.
Vocational Education Talent Cultivation in the Intelligent Era from the Perspective of Skills Competition
To address the evolving requirements for talent cultivation in the field of intelli-gent manufacturing,this paper utilizes the World and the China skills competition as a ba-sis.It analyzes the comprehensive qualities and capabilities of competitors,as well as their experiences in participating in and preparing for the contests.The paper identifies the core competencies and literacy of technical and skilled talents during the transition to digitization and intelligent transformation,aligning with the occupational capability demands of the intel-ligent era.It distills an upgraded teaching design,supported by the reconstruction of the curriculum system with a focus on knowledge system construction,exploration of typical tasks of the intelligent era,development of digital teaching resources,and optimization of the evaluation and feedback mechanisms.This approach offers a reformative direction for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the challenges of the intelli-gent era.
