家庭经济困难学生心理韧性发展体系的构建——以无锡汽车工程高等职业技术学校为例

无锡汽车工程高等职业技术学校家庭经济困难学生心理韧性的调查显示,该群体心理韧性处于中等水平,低于非家庭经济困难学生心理韧性水平.从内外两维度分析心理韧性培养途径,并提出构建综合支持体系,包括建立旨在增强内在保护因素的个体心理支持系统,以及建立旨在增强外部保护性因素的"家校社"心理支持网络.从而增强家庭经济困难学生心理韧性,实现智力与意志的双重扶持.
Developing Mental Toughness for Students from Poor Families
Taking students from families with financial difficulties in Wuxi Automotive Engi-neering Higher Vocational and Technical School as the research objects,the study results show that the psychological toughness of students from families with financial difficulties is at a medium level but lower than that of students without family financial difficulties.Final-ly,from the individual psychological support system that promotes the formation of internal protective factors and the"family,school and community"support system that promotes the formation of external protective factors,the development system of psychological resilience of students with family economic difficulties is constructed,so as to improve the mental health of students and give them support in developing wisdom and will.
