摘要
将"三全育人"理念贯彻到劳动教育,探索高职院校实施将劳动教育+其他教育环节的"劳动教育+"模式创新路径与实践,将劳动教育与学校各个育人环节和各个过程相融合,形成多维度全方面的育人体系,实现"五育融合"体系."劳动教育+"模式有效提升了学生的劳动素养、职业技能和综合素质,实现树德、增智、强体、育美的目的,促进了学生的全面发展."劳动教育+"模式为高职院校劳动教育的持续优化与发展提供了理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
Based on all-round education concept,this essay discusses an innovative labor education model by integrating labor education into the whole education process in vocation-al colleges,which is known as"labor+"education model.This model combines labor edu-cation with moral education,intellectual education,physical education,and aesthetic educa-tion,which can achieve the all-round development of students.
