Exploratory Conversation:Coupling Discourse Interaction and Students'Thinking Development in Higher Vocational Classroom
From the perspective of psychological resilience,the coupling relationship between school adaptation and psychological quality of higher vocational students is discussed in depth,and a series of optimization strategies are proposed.By focusing on the cultivation of psychological quality,optimizing academic guidance,enhancing social interaction,strengthening career planning guidance,and creating a positive campus cultural atmosphere,the study aims to enhance the psychological toughness of senior vocational students,and then promote the simultaneous improvement of their school adaptation and psychological quality.The results of the study showed that the implementation of these strategies signifi-cantly enhanced the mental toughness of higher vocational students,improved their school adaptation ability,and led to the optimization of the overall psychological quality.
