为了提高造船数字化水平,贯通上游生产设计软件TRIBON/AM和下游生产管理软件MES之间的数据流,使用Web技术开发了一个焊接信息系统软件.在构建焊接工艺数据库的基础上,对焊接规范数据处理采用项目化管理的机制,完成船厂焊接工艺设计、认证和管理的一体化和自动化.该系统既提高了焊接工艺工作效率、节省焊接工艺工作成本,又实现了焊接工艺数字化连续管理,消除了设计与生产之间的数据脱节问题.
Implementation of Ship Welding Information System Based on Web Technology
In order to improve the digitization level of shipbuilding and connect the data flow between the upstream production design software TRIBON/AM and the downstream production management software MES,a welding information system software was devel-oped using web technology.On the basis of constructing a welding process database,a project-based management mechanism is adopted for the processing of welding specification data to achieve the integration and automation of welding process design,certification,and management in shipyards.This system not only improves the efficiency of welding process work,saves welding process work costs,but also realizes digital continuous management of welding process,eliminating the problem of data disconnection between design and produc-tion.
