摘要

针对68000 DWT MVP多用途纸浆船二甲板舱盖的特点——长度尺寸大,设计公差要求高;堆放座为箱体嵌入式结构,需满足多维度设计公差要求;端、侧梁与顶板设计为搭接形式,且搭接量与焊脚匹配度高.介绍了二甲舱口盖的制作工艺与方法,舱盖制作完工后进行柔性试验,对制作过程中的难点事项进行了详细的工艺方法说明.制作完工后的报验数据满足舱盖结构公差,符合设计要求,并能保证实际操作中的可靠性和稳定性,证明工艺方法合理可行.

Abstract

The characteristics of the tween deck hatch cover of 68000 DWT MVP multi-purpose pulp ship are as follows:the length is large,but the design tolerance is high;the stacking socket is a box embedded structure,but it should meet the requirements of multi-dimensional design tolerance;the connection form between end/side beam and top plate is designed as a lap form,and the matching requirement between lap and weld foot is high;the completion of the hatch cover requires flexible testing.This essay discusses the manufacturing technology of the tween deck hatch cover of multi-purpose pulp ship and ex-plains the difficulties in detail.The inspection data after the manufacturing can meet the tol-erance of the hatch cover structure and meet the design requirements,which proves that the technology method is reasonable and feasible.
