摘要

为研究船体静水阻力简便预报方法,对77.73m双体船进行了静水阻力数值计算.采用基于RANS的粘性求解器模拟八种航速下的静水阻力和兴波特性.通过精细网格划分设置实船与船模缩尺比为1:10,选取吃水为1.30m进行一次计算.采用海军系数法在CFD计算结果的基础上预报1.40m吃水时的有效功率.结果表明:本双体船最高航速可达到17kn,总阻力为113.67N,海军系数估算1.40m吃水,实船平均运输航速在12kn时1.40m吃水相较1.30m吃水有效功率从355.88 kW上升至364.kW,二者排水量以及有效功率误差均在4%以内,符合中国船级社CFD计算预报标准规范.研究结果为双体船设计提供了可靠的数据支持和优化建议,对提高双体船航行阻力预报结果准确性,降低能耗具有重要的应用价值.

Abstract

In order to study the simple prediction method of the still water resistance of the hull,the still water resistance of a 77.73m catamaran was numerically calculated.The vis-cosity solver based on RANS was used to simulate the still water resistance and wave char-acteristics at eight speeds.The scale ratio of the actual ship and the ship model was set to 1:10 through fine meshing,and the draft of 1.30m was selected for a calculation.The na-val coefficient method was used to predict the effective power at a draft of 1.40m based on the CFD calculation results.The results show that the maximum speed of the catamaran can reach 17kn,and the total resistance is 113.67N.The naval coefficient estimates the draft of 1.40m.When the average transport speed of the actual ship is 12kn,the effective power of 1.40m draft increases from 355.88 kW to 364.kW compared with 1.30m draft.The displacement and effective power errors of the two are controlled within 4%,which meets the CFD calculation prediction standard of China Classification Society.The research results provide reliable data support and optimization suggestions for catamaran design,and have important application value for improving the accuracy of catamaran navigation resis-tance prediction results and reducing energy consumption.
