公共文化服务如何助推长三角文化产业一体化发展

摘要
长三角区域作为实施国家战略"长三角区域一体化发展"的载体,其文化产业在政策、市场、对外开放等层面高度融合.然而事实上,长三角地区的文化产业发展已经到达瓶颈期,文化市场体制不完善、高质量文化产品供给不足等现实问题亟待解决.本文运用2010年到2020年的长三角地级市数据,构建公共文化服务与文化产业一体化发展水平评价体系,并探究其推进路径,试图为长三角区域的公共文化服务与文化产业政策制定提供一定的参考.
Abstract
The Yangtze River Delta region,as a carrier for implementing the national strategy of"integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region",has a highly integrated cultural industry at the levels of policy,market,and opening-up.However,in fact,the development of the cultural industry in the Yangtze River Delta region has reached a bottleneck period,with imperfect cultural market systems and insufficient supply of high-quality cultural products,which urgently need to be addressed.This article uses data from prefecture level cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2020 to construct an evaluation system for the integrated development level of public cultural services and cultural industries,and explores its promotion path,attempting to provide some reference for the formulation of public cultural services and cultural industry policies in the Yangtze River Delta region.
